What the Site Collects and How It’s Used

Callipyge Genetics collects what you enter on the site. For sellers, that’s your name, email address, and phone number, and your ranch or business details for the agreement: legal name, entity type, the state where it was formed, business phone, and physical and mailing addresses. It also includes the listings, bull sales, and photos you post. When you sign the Tenet^® trademark agreement, the site records the name and title you type, the agreement version, the date and time, your IP address, and your browser details, and Callipyge Genetics’ countersignature when your account is approved. Those details print on the signature record page of your signed copy. The site also collects the details in each inquiry and contact form message. It takes no payments and collects no payment details. See Analytics and Cookies for what’s collected automatically.

The information is used to review and manage accounts, keep signed agreements on file, publish listings and bull sales, forward inquiries, answer messages, send account and listing notices, match listing and sale records against royalty payments, and keep the site secure.

What Is Shown Publicly

Listings and bull sales are visible to everyone who visits the site. Each one shows your ranch or business name and your state or country, along with the details and photos you post. Listing and sale pages also name the region. A phone number shows only if you add one to that listing or bull sale. The phone number on your account is for staff and is never shown. Your email address is never shown on the site. Buyers reach you through the inquiry form, and each inquiry is forwarded to your email. When you reply, the buyer sees the address you reply from.

How Inquiries Are Stored and Forwarded

When you use the inquiry form on a listing or bull sale page, the site stores your name, email address, message, and phone number. It sends them to the seller’s email address, and the seller replies to you directly. The seller can also see the inquiry in their account. Your contact details are shared only with that seller. Callipyge Genetics keeps a record of each inquiry to handle problems and prevent misuse. Contact form messages are also stored so the team can reply.

Analytics and Cookies

The site uses cookies to keep you logged in and to make forms work. It also collects basic technical information automatically, such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and links clicked. It uses Google Analytics to measure how visitors use the site, such as which pages they view, which listings get the most interest, and which sale catalog links are clicked. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features, such as logging in and posting, may not work without them.

Sharing

Callipyge Genetics shares personal information only as needed to run the site. That includes sellers you contact through an inquiry form and service providers that host the site and send email. Information may also be disclosed when the law requires it. Anything you post, such as your ranch name, listings, and bull sales, is visible to everyone who visits the site.

Your Choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information Callipyge Genetics holds about you. Sellers can update their contact and login details in My Account and edit or unpublish their own listings and bull sales from My Listings and My Bull Sales. The ranch or business details in a signed agreement change only through Callipyge Genetics staff. To make a request, email info@tenetbeef.com. Some records, such as signed agreements and records of listings and bull sales, may need to be kept for legal, tax, or accounting reasons.
